I started my career as a SharePoint developer, working hands-on with code, custom solutions and farm architecture. Over time, I evolved into a systems administrator and then a senior consultant. Someone organizations call not just to build, but to diagnose, advise and take ownership of environments that matter.
That progression still shapes the way I work today. I understand SharePoint from the inside out, from farm architecture and infrastructure to administration, permissions and governance. As a result, I can identify issues quickly, provide practical guidance and help organizations regain control of critical SharePoint environments.
Who I work with
My clients are typically large enterprises and public institutions where SharePoint is critical infrastructure, not a side project. Over the years I have worked with organizations including Teva, Israel Electric Corporation, Clalit Health Services, the Israel Police and others across healthcare, energy, government and enterprise IT.
These are environments where stability matters, where migrations carry real risk and where finding someone with genuine on-premises expertise is increasingly difficult. Senior SharePoint specialists with deep on-premises experience are rare. Most of the market has moved on, but many organizations haven’t and they still need serious support.
How I work
I work independently, directly with IT teams, without intermediaries. No account managers, no junior consultants doing the work while someone else takes the credit. When you contact FluentSP, you work with me.

Beyond SharePoint
In addition to SharePoint consulting, maintenance and migrations, FluentSP also provides complementary digital solutions built around SharePoint or alongside it. The goal is to improve processes, user experience and access to information, even when SharePoint alone is not enough or is not the right place for every part of the solution.

A bit more about me
I’m based in Israel and work remotely with clients across the country and beyond. I speak French, Hebrew and English and have a working understanding of Spanish, which means I can work comfortably across a range of organizational cultures.
I’m a fast responder. In consulting, availability and clarity of communication matter as much as technical skill. You won’t wait days for an answer.
Outside of work, I enjoy learning, whether that’s studying markets and investments, picking up new technical skills or simply staying curious. I approach client work the same way: with patience, intellectual rigor and a genuine interest in getting things right.
